Publication Ethics
To maintain the quality of manuscripts and avoid publishing violations/plagiarism in the publishing process, the editorial board establishes the ethics of scientific publications in the Journal of Management and Economics (MANECO). The rules of ethics for this publication apply to writers/writers, editors, members of the editorial board, and the Chief Editor. Publication ethics refers to The Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
Editor's duties and responsibilities:

Based on the review report, the editor has full responsibility and authority to accept, reject, or request modifications to the manuscript. The editors ensure that all submitted manuscripts being considered for publication undergo peer-review by at least two reviewers who are experts in their field. The Editor in Chief of the Journal of Management is responsible for deciding which manuscripts submitted to the journal will be published, based on the validation of the work in question, its importance to researchers and readers, reviewers' comments, and such legal requirements. as currently applies regarding defamation, copyright infringement and plagiarism. The Editor in Chief may consult other editors or reviewers in making this decision.
Manuscript Review
The Editors of the Management Journal must ensure that each manuscript is initially evaluated by the reviewer for authenticity, using appropriate software to do so.
Justice
Editors must ensure that each manuscript submitted to the Journal of Management and Economics (MANECO) is reviewed in a double-blind manner for its intellectual content regardless of gender, gender, race, religion, ethnicity, politics, nationality, etc. from the writers.
Confidentiality
Journal of Management and Economics (MANECO) protects the confidentiality of all individual data and information related to publications. JMI also guarantees the confidentiality of articles submitted to parties who are not related to the publication process
Disclosure and conflicts of interest
The Editors of the Journal of Management and Economics ( MANECO ) will not use unpublished material disclosed in submitted manuscripts for their own research without the written consent of the author.
Duties and Responsibilities of Reviewers
Contribution to Editorial Decisions
Journal of Management and Economics ( MANECO ) uses a double-blind review process. The reviewer assists the editor in making editorial decisions and through the editor's communication with the author, the reviewer can also help the author improve the quality of work. Peer review is an important part of formal scientific communication and has a central role in the scientific method. The task of the reviewer is very important, but also a constructive assessment of the accepted manuscript. He provides detailed and reasoned objects and suggestions regarding research and how it is presented in the work. Reviewers are not responsible for communicating with authors.
Punctuality
The Journal of Management and Economics ( MANECO) is committed to reviewing the author's articles within the specified timeframe. Reviewers will be given a period of time to review the article, if they cannot do a review within the specified time period, then the article will be transferred to another qualified reviewer.
Confidentiality
Any submissions received for review must be treated as confidential documents. It may not be displayed or discussed with others except with the editor's permission.
Objectivity Standard
Reviewers should evaluate articles based on content, provide recommendations for improvement, and clearly express their views and support them with arguments. Review comments should be polite.
Reference
Reviewers should identify relevant articles that were not cited by the authors. Any statement that an observation, derivation, or argument has been previously published must be accompanied by a citation. Reviewers should also alert editors to any substantial similarities or overlaps between the manuscript under consideration and any published paper that they are personally acquainted with.
Disclosure and Conflict of Interest
Reviewers may not use unpublished material disclosed in submitted manuscripts for their own research without the written consent of the authors. Confidential information or ideas obtained through the review process must remain confidential and may not be used for personal gain. Reviewers may not agree to review manuscripts that contain conflicts of interest due to competition, collaboration, or other relationships or connections with the authors, companies or institutions associated with the work.
Author's general duties and responsibilities
Reporting standards
Authors reporting original research are required to present their work in a proper manner according to the pattern of scientific and academic communication.
Authors are also required to explain the research methods and results clearly and unambiguously. The paper must contain sufficient details and references consisting of tables, figures, and clear references. Deceptive or inaccurate statements are unethical and unacceptable behavior.
Data Access and Retention
Authors may be required to provide basic work-related information for editorial review purposes and they must be willing to provide and retain such information for a reasonable time after publication.
Originality and Plagiarism
Plagiarism in all its forms is considered unacceptable unethical behavior. An author must ensure that articles submitted to the Journal of Management and Economics (MANECO) are original works and are not allowed to submit the same article to other journals while the article is being reviewed. Authors must obtain permission from the copyright holder to publish illustrations, photographs, tables, and other material protected by copyright laws. Each submitted article will go through an initial review process to check for plagiarism.
Multiple or simultaneous publication
Simultaneous submission of the same manuscript to more than one journal is considered unethical behavior in publishing and is unacceptable. Authors may not submit previously published papers to other journals. The author must prove through a written statement that the submitted article has never been published and/or is not being published in another journal.
Reference
Authors must cite all sources that influence the content of the study and manuscript. Any information obtained, for example, in conversations, correspondence, or discussions with third parties may not be used or transferred without the prior written permission of the source. Any information originating from other sources must be quoted correctly and in accordance with procedures.
Authorship
Authorship should be limited to those who have been involved in making a significant contribution to the conception, design, implementation and interpretation of the research. All authors are required to provide a signed statement that this research is their original research work. After viewing and approving the final version of the work, all authors consent to its submission for publication.
Communication with editors and reviewers
Authors are expected to respond in a professional and timely manner to editorial and reviewer comments. If an author decides to withdraw a manuscript that has been submitted to the review process, they must immediately notify the editor.
Disclosure and Conflict of Interest
Authors must disclose any financial or other significant conflicts of interest that could affect the results of their work. The manuscript must clearly state all the organizations that have provided support for the research and all sources of funding and their possible role in conducting the research and processing and publication of the results.
Basic mistakes in articles
Authors commit to notify editors or publishers if they discover significant errors or inaccuracies in their publications, and to work with editors to withdraw or correct the work. If the editor finds from a third party that the published article contains significant errors, the author's obligation is to immediately withdraw or correct the work or provide evidence to the editor of the validity of the original work.
