Abstract

This research investigates the impact of cultural factors on the successful implementation of organizational innovation, specifically within the technology industry. The primary objective is to identify key cultural elements influencing the innovation process and assess their role. Employing a mixed-methods approach, the study combines quantitative surveys with qualitative case studies to comprehensively analyze the relationship between organizational culture and innovation. Preliminary results suggest a significant correlation between traits such as openness to change and collaboration with successful innovation, while resistance to change and hierarchical structures pose obstacles. These findings provide valuable insights for organizations aiming to enhance their innovative capabilities by understanding and leveraging their cultural context.
